I just wanted to drop you a line letting you know that my buddy and I are avid fans of Caledon CC and have been for about the last 6 or 7 years.

In fact, I played there about 24 years ago when it was called “Chinguacousy” as part of a stag day for my brother in-law’s wedding. The course made such an impact on me then (especially the 4th and 14th holes) that later in my life when I “re-discovered” golf, I swore I would return and play this course again.

Staff went above and beyond the call of duty

Kelly, it was such a pleasure to finally meet you! Anyway, I really wanted to express, on behalf of myself, our Board of Directors, Senior Staff and special guest speakers, a very special ‘THANK YOU’ for all your help in organizing our Board Retreat today at Caledon and for accommodating our needs, and being so gracious in the process!

By all accounts, our Board Retreat was very successful — we had a full Board turn-out, and three special guest speakers – so a busy day for all!

You and your staff went above and beyond the call of duty and really made us feel comfortable. A special thanks for providing us with some fruit and chocolate treats this afternoon – it went over really well and was awesome!

Again, many thanks Kelly – you, in particular, made our day really special! Please thank the other staff on hand to assist today also!

The whole day was wonderful

The whole day was wonderful. In fact, everyone said their supper was delicious – the burger, the fish, the chicken club, chicken fingers – all perfect!

We had a misty rain for about 5 minutes otherwise – no rain at all. It only poured after we were all in.
I can’t thank you enough, Kelly. I knew Caledon was where I wanted to host this event but I had no idea it would be so wildly successful – THANKS TO YOU, AND YOUR TEAM!!

(P.S. the guy from England who got the Ping rentals was blown away.)

Customer service was the best ever had

Despite the rain, everyone seemed to have a good time. I did not have one golfer complain about the rain once. In fact I heard people commenting how green the course was.

Everyone I spoke to said the food was amazing.

The cupcakes looked grand and tasted even better. I’m not usually into desserts but that keylime tart was out of this world.
