Caledon Country Club is experienced at hosting all types of tournaments from high end corporate invitationals to charity fundraisers, to employee appreciation days and “boys” get-togethers.

Once you book at Caledon you will always be treated to the highest level of service and you will be given tremendous support in planning and organizing your tournament.

In addition to the venue, Caledon Country Club staff can assist you in online guest registration and payment, tournament prizes, giveaways and goody bags. They also have lots of great ideas to help you maximize your fundraising on the day of the tournament. On the day of your event, the staff will welcome all of your guests, you will be provided with your own registration area complete with a canopy, registration tables and chairs. All carts will have guest names on the front and if you require sponsorship of the carts to be acknowledged please inquire about how we can accomplish this with no additional charge to the tournament. Each tournament is always planned with your specific objectives and budget in mind.

The pro shop can also offer on course contests such as Beat the Pro or Hit the Green, Double Your Money. Bag drop services are a nice add on for shotgun style tournaments. Before you make any purchases for you own or corporate use, be sure to get a competitive quote from Caledon. In most cases he can match if not beat the pricing you receive elsewhere and this can eliminate the need for you to transport the goods the day of your event.

Caledon Country Club is uniquely equipped to meet more than just your golf needs in a tournament setting. If you are hosting your company sports day and have a number of non-golfers in the group, we can offer those individuals other activities. On site is a large outdoor pool, grass volleyball court, horseshoe pits, putting green and driving range. Adjacent to the property is the Caledon Rail Trail, a beautiful stretch of abandoned railway that can be biked or walked. The Bruce Trail with its breathtaking views of the escarpment is only a minutes away. Bike rentals are available two minutes from the Club and you can even hire a guide to take you on a grueling ride through the countryside. For those looking for a different type of adventure, there are many great shopping opportunities (including antiques, dress shops, eclectic gift shops, old fashioned general stores, bakeshops, a myriad of artisans studios) within minutes of the Club in the quaint towns and villages that surround the area, include access to a state of the art fitness facility half a kilometer away with opportunity for pilates and yoga classes.
